2. Service Marketplace
Urban Ease provides a marketplace connecting users with independent service professionals. While we vet our partners, Urban Ease is not responsible for the performance of individual technicians except as outlined in our Urban Ease Quality Guarantee.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made less than 60 minutes before a scheduled booking may incur a convenience fee. Refunds are processed based on the specific service category and the nature of the issue reported.
Liability
Urban Ease's aggregate liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for that specific booking. This term is foundational to our ability to provide affordable smart services.
