To maintain the high standards of the Urban Ease ecosystem, we collect identification documents (Aadhar, PAN, Voter ID), professional certifications, and conduct automated background checks. This data is stored in air-gapped encrypted servers and is only used for onboarding and periodic compliance audits.
2. Real-time Location Tracking
The Partner App collects high-precision location data even when the app is in the background. This is **REQUIRED** for:
- Real-time job assignment based on proximity.
- Automated navigation assistance to customer sites.
- Verifying job start and completion times for accurate payouts.
- Safety monitoring during active service tickets.
3. Financial & Payout Data
We collect your bank account details, UPI IDs, and GST information (if applicable) to process weekly settlements. Urban Ease does not store your full banking credentials; sensitive payout information is handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processing partner (Razorpay).
4. Performance & Analytics
We track job acceptance rates, customer ratings, and completion times. This data is used by our AI-Matching Algorithm to prioritize high-performing partners for premium bookings and to determine eligibility for the "Platinum" and "Gold" performance tiers.
Data Retention & Deletion
Upon termination of your partnership, we retain essential transaction records for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. All other personal data, including location history and biometric verification details, can be deleted within 30 days of a verified request via the "Delete Account" section in the Partner App settings.
